Job Description:  Tracking mortgage payment collections and distributing these funds to the respective investors, establishing and maintaining monthly reporting of mortgage loans to investors including, statistics on delinquency, bankruptcy and foreclosure

Duties & responsibilities; To pull reports from various sources and to convert them into a usable format. Reconciliation of investors accounts before working on finalization of remittances to investors. To work on determining the final remit due to the investors by gathering data from various sources
