Eligibility Criteria:

 - Experienced : Aggregate 60% throughout 10th, Plus Two and Btech (59.99% not applicable)
 - Freshers : Aggregate 65% for 10th, Plus Two & Btech (64.99% not applicable)
 -2013 Batch BTech / BE Candidates
 -2012 or earlier batches Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Server Administration / Webhosting
 -2012 or earlier batches Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Linux
 -BTech / BE – CS, IT, Electronics branches except (EEE)
 -EXCELLENT written communication skills (English – compulsory)
 Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala.
 Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift)
 Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows/Networking Preferable but not compulsory.
 Outside Kerala College students are also eligible

Selection Process:

- Freshers : Written test – (Aptitude / Linux/ Windows/ C / General Technical Awareness,Communication / written essay) followed by GD / Technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates.
- Experienced candidates: Written essay test for 30 minutes followed by GD
- Technical and HR interview rounds for the selected candidates will be scheduled at Poornam Office Next day.

All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:

- Writing Pad
- Two copies of RESUME
- Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists
- Three copies of passport size photographs
- Examination Fees to be paid to SHREDS
- Gum
-College ID/Any other Photo ID.
